Matt Fleischer has more than 20 years of unparalleled business and marketing skills to help clients achieve growth objectives and branding of product lines or entire organizations.
A native of Washington, D.C., Matt has been involved with Solar Oysters since early on in concept-development and uses his serial entrepreneurial experiences to assist in multiple business development facets. He helps provide direction and strategy on business and financial modeling along with supporting capital raising and presentations. He also works to help develop Solar Oysters' marketing strategy and tactical implementation through market studies, case studies, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning. At EcoLogix Group, Matt manages several contracts on alternative commuting strategies, business plan modeling, and new product market analysis. He also works on marketing strategy and growth opportunities for the firm. Previously, as Executive Director of Rock Creek Conservancy, Matt grew this small environmental non-profit by raising $3.5 million over 4 years, doubling the amount of money raised in the first 8 years of the organization. Prior, Matt was President and CEO of Hook & Ladder Brewing Company growing the company from inception to over $7 million in revenue and 25 employees with national distribution of Hook & Ladder’s product lines. Matt offers EcoLogix’s clients product or business branding, new product extension, strategic marketing plans, market analysis, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, sales strategies and forecasting, business plans, high growth infrastructures, high-stake negotiations, profitability and budget analysis, capital raises/fundraising, and board of directors management partnership development. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland at College Park and a Bachelor of Arts in American studies from the University of Mary Washington. He lives in New Market, MD on Lake Linganore with his wife and two sons. He enjoys hiking and boating on the lake and spending time with family and friends. |
